The two types of room rates are available.
An “Early Bird Super Saver” is pre-paid at time of booking and is non-refundable but is transferable.
A standard “Deluxe Room” rate requires a 30% deposit with the balance payable on departure

Cancellation Policy
Due to our size 30% of the total amount will be charged if room is cancelled within thirty days and not on sold.100% payment will be taken if room is cancelled within fourteen days and not on sold.
In a mountain resort flights can be weather affected from time to time.
We strongly advise taking out travel insurance.
