Room Rates - Full and Pre-paid options
Spacious rooms, great views, delicious cooked breakfast daily and includes all taxes.
We have a limited number of rooms at a reduced room rate to reward early bookings. To enjoy the benefit of these lower rates these rooms must be pre-paid in full at time of booking. Take advantage of our

They are non-refundable but are transferable.
For full rate rooms we require a 30% deposit to confirm a booking, balance payable on departure.
Rates Inclusions
Rates are quoted in NZ dollars and include GST (NZ Goods and Services Tax), delicious cooked and continental breakfast daily, use of hotel facilities, off-street parking, complimentary wifi internet (with data caps) throughout the hotel, guest computer in the lounge, small library and DVD's, ski and luggage storage and drying room plus a booking service for restaurant and all Queenstown trips and activities.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our size 30% of the total amount will be charged if room is cancelled within thirty days and not on sold.
100% payment will be taken if room is cancelled within fourteen days and not on sold.
In a mountain resort flights can be weather affected from time to time.
We strongly advise taking out travel insurance.
